2. Acceptance of Terms

6. Prohibited Activities and Account Termination

6.1 Prohibited Conduct

• Colluding with other players or engaging in syndicate betting

6.2 Account Suspension and Termination

ekbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account immediately and without prior notice if we reasonably believe that the User has violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or poses a risk to ekbet operations, other Users, or our legal compliance obligations. Upon Account closure for breach of Terms, all Funds (deposits, winnings, and bonuses) may be forfeited at ekbet's discretion.
